📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading Dutch automobile manufacturer • Use phone calls, emails and chats to provide a seamless customer experience • Respond to inquiries about products and services • Offer expert advice on car-related matters • Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly • Turn every customer into a happy customer

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch • Very good written and spoken English • At least 6 months of customer support/customer care representative experience preferred • Passion for cars is a plus • Highly developed communication skills • Problem-solving mentality and strong sense of ownership • Tech savviness and learning agility • Positive attitude • Must be located in Greece
