📋 Description

• Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone and email • Solve questions about orders, deliveries, payments and returns • Support external sellers on the platform • Pass complex cases to the right department • Work from home in Portugal for one of the largest online stores in the Netherlands and Belgium

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch • Good English • Friendly, patient and solution-oriented • Open to rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday • Living in Portugal or ready to move there • Start date is 9 November • Customer service experience is not explicitly required
