📋 Description
• Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat • Provide assistance, information, and solutions with professionalism and patience • Collaborate with team members and follow established processes to ensure high-quality support • Accurately document customer interactions in the system
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) • Good command of English for internal communication • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Must be based in Greece (eligible to work remotely from Greece)
