📋 Description

• Help German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat • Solve technical issues with products, devices, apps and digital services • Assist with account, billing, payment, order and delivery questions • Handle refunds, cancellations and claims following clear procedures • In sales teams, offer the right products, upgrades and renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1 German • English at B2 level or higher • Good computer skills • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute • A quiet workspace • A stable internet connection • Friendly, patient and solution-oriented • Customer service, tech support or sales experience is a plus, not a must • Based in Greece or ready to move there
