📋 Description
• Support customers with account-related questions • Handle billing questions • Resolve technical questions • Provide accurate information • Find effective solutions to customer issues
🎯 Requirements
• Full fluency in Spanish (Castilian) • English proficiency at B1 level • Plus one of: Basque, Catalan & Valencian, or Galician • Living in mainland Portugal • Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, Monday–Sunday • Ability to support customers with accounts, billing, and technical questions • Ability to provide accurate information and find effective solutions
