• 7+ years of professional services experience • experience implementing Salesforce • configuring Salesforce • leading Salesforce optimization projects • prior experience configuring clouds • consistent success in overseeing multiple projects • proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • comfort with AI
