📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day functional support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct, resolving issues, processing enhancement requests, and optimizing system configurations • Troubleshoot functional problems across General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition modules • Support finance and accounting workflow improvements for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close processes • Partner with US-based CrossCountry consultants and client stakeholders during overlapping business hours • Resolve support tickets and enhancement requests promptly • Prepare status updates and escalate issues or risks to project managers • Participate in team meetings, client calls, and knowledge-sharing sessions • Assist with data analysis, import/export formatting, testing, and documentation • Identify recurring support patterns and recommend configuration or process changes • Maintain documentation of support activities, configurations, and resolutions • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation • Stay current on AI developments relevant to finance and ERP systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Sage Intacct in a consulting, advisory, or client-services environment • Solid command of Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition • Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions • Experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders across multiple time zones • Strong spoken and written English communication skills • Ability to analyze and format data for Sage Intacct imports and exports • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines • Comfort with AI tools and openness to emerging technologies • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience with project coordination tools, ticketing platforms, and remote collaboration software such as Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams • Availability for partial overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones, typically mornings in Philippine Standard Time • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent accounting designation is a plus
