📋 Description

• Supports the Hoeffer Scottsdale, AZ office of CrossCountry Mortgage • Manages loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Processor • Manages the branch lead tracker and branch database • Maintains business rapport • Operates within Mountain / Pacific Standard Time working hours • Schedules appointments, takes incoming calls, and assists with clerical tasks • Schedules weekly meetings based on branch metrics • Meets branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals • Attends branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele • Completes and maintains branch-assigned checklists and files within deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage processing experience • Encompass experience, required • Excellent math and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
