📋 Description

• Communicate with various companies to obtain project information including condo questionnaires, verification of insurance, project budgets, and project litigation • Verify document requests are completed and returned to maintain company turn times • Perform a thorough review and analysis of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies as required by agencies before submitting the file for project review • Obtain a complete project package before submitting to project review • Directly communicate with customer to obtain missing documentation required for the loan as needed • Manage pipeline within allotted turn times • Document all communication related to the loan application in the LOS

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience • Excellent math and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows
