📋 Description
• Lead the day-to-day management of the Post Purchase Forensic Underwriting Team • Serve as the second level escalation point for the Forensic Post Purchase Underwriting Team • Monitor investor posted turn times • Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires and existing employees • Act as the department’s subject matter expert • Drive departmental projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of underwriting experience • 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead or other leadership role • Experience with identifying and interpreting transaction components that may signal potentially fraudulent activity • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines along with exposure to investor conditions and exceptions • Knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills
