📋 Description
• Oversee a team of Managers and the Security Operations Analysts. • Partner with business stakeholders to assist in defining the strategic cybersecurity objectives and goals. • Assist with setting and advancing the strategic vision for the Falcon Complete team. • Ensure the team continue to lead the Security Operations functions that consist of: Monitoring, Analysis, and Remediation activities. • Customer Onboarding (Program Management). • Development Operations. • Direct functional management of the Managers and ensure their teams are adequately equipped. • Manage budget for corresponding operation costs (labor, training, software, etc). • Provide escalation path for issues identified by the operations team or customers. • Participate in reporting requirements to Falcon Complete leadership. • Partner with Sales on major deals for the Falcon Complete team. • Maintain healthy ARR figures for your region.
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 years’ experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations. • Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs, and designing and implementing security controls and compliance programs. • Demonstrated experience in leading a remote, geographically dispersed team with goal scope and responsibilities. • Experience in a leadership role within a Security Operations Center. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects. • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
