📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 senior engineers • Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Linux sensor development • Collaborate with Product Management to define roadmaps and prioritize features • Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and hiring • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Security Research, Cloud Platform, and Customer Success teams • Provide technical guidance on complex features spanning file system, memory, process, and networking subsystems • Ensure high code quality, security standards, and performance optimization • Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions • Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies • Coordinate incident response for customer-reported issues • Ensure team meets reliability and performance SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 5+ engineers • 7+ years of hands-on Linux/Unix development experience in C/C++ • Strong background in high-concurrency, multi-threaded applications • Proven track record of shipping production software with high reliability requirements • Bonus Points: Experience in cybersecurity or endpoint protection • Background in kernel development or system-level programming • Experience with distributed team management
