📋 Description

• Support the Sales team in presenting CrowdStrike’s security platform to Major and Telecommunications Accounts in Melbourne • Upsell existing accounts and support renewals • Create and deliver product demonstrations • Configure product installations and customisations for Proof of Value engagements • Gather customer technical requirements • Create evaluation test plans • Work through Proof of Value with prospects and manage evaluations to successful conclusion • Collaborate with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements • Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support technical sales and competitive messaging • Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to gain mind-share and ensure project success

🎯 Requirements

• Victoria based • Considerable proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in security & Telecommunications • Demonstrable experience working with Large Enterprise organisations • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements • Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, internally and externally • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution • Ability to fully understand complex architectures and identify gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies • Technical understanding of endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust and MDR/XDR • Experience working with Threat Intelligence solutions • Understanding of Incident Response and investigation methodology • Ability to travel to customer locations and events
