📋 Description
• Researching and analysing technical Account Management team day to day workload • Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis • Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness • Developing communications and digital content to engage customers • Working on pilot programs for major initiatives • Creating the internship final project on an initiative to improve customer or employee experience
🎯 Requirements
• Currently studying at university in your penultimate year (2027 graduate) • Preferred degrees: BS in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field • Strong problem solving skills • Communication skills to work well with fellow interns and employees. • Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform (Bonus) • Scripting or cybersecurity background (Bonus) • Project management experience (Bonus)
