• Manage the receipt, upload, distribution and filing of all project documentation. • Maintain document control systems and registers across multiple projects. • Upload and manage documents on internal systems such as Procore and external client platforms including Asite and Aconex. • Track drawings, technical submittals and documents issued for review or approval. • Ensure all documentation complies with company and project-specific standards. • Coordinate document flow between internal teams, clients and subcontractors. • Issue and track RFIs and responses. • Download and distribute information from external client portals. • Support QA processes and maintain accurate document records. • Assist with O&M manuals and As-Built documentation. • Support project teams with the timely issue of site information.
• Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the construction or engineering sector. • Strong knowledge of document management systems such as Procore, Aconex or Asite. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Confident communicating with clients and external stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. • Candidates must have the right to work in either Ireland or the UK.
