• Own the Engineering & Product development vision and the roadmap for our product lines. • Lead and scale globally distributed engineering & product teams. • Deliver products with high quality and reliability. • Transform engineering & product teams into highly effective organization. • Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies. • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance engineering & product productivity. • Oversee technical reviews of the company's products and solutions. • Ensure compliance with GDPR, EAA, ISO/IEC 27001, etc. • Budget and vendor management responsibility for Engineering & Product departments. • Be accountable for OKRs for Engineering and Product as defined in our annual strategic planning process.
