• Electrical System Oversight: Overseeing the installation of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings, ensuring adherence to codes and specifications. • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems, utilizing your deep expertise to implement effective and long-lasting solutions. • Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure their long-term reliability and optimize performance. • Code Compliance & Inspections: Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to verify adherence to standards. • Blueprint Interpretation & Planning: Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and developing detailed plans for electrical projects. • Mentorship & Training: Providing guidance and mentorship to other electricians, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development. • Safety Leadership: Promoting a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines. • Project Management: Managing electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Master Electrician License: A valid and current Master Electrician license. • Extensive Electrical Experience: Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician, demonstrating a deep understanding of electrical systems and best practices. • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using a wide variety of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment. • Code Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train other electricians. • Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex electrical challenges. • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions. • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. Must be able to pass a background check. • Travel: Up to 100% travel depending on project needs, including overnight stays.
