• Lead the entire podcast operation with a focus on distribution, discoverability, and audience growth • Coordinate guests, manage production schedule, and collaborate with hosts and editors • Create and test promotional tactics for discoverability and engagement • Track and report on performance metrics • Analyze audience data and performance metrics and develop strategies to increase listenership • Build and manage a content calendar for all active shows • Ensure strong creative support for episodes through collaboration with internal teams • Oversee distribution and growth campaigns across various channels
