📋 Description

• Support adherence to GAAP and maintain quality standards in accounting. • Implement policies and perform quality reviews. • Conduct internal reviews and document findings. • Assist in developing training materials and coaching staff. • Perform routine data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide guidance on accounting questions and maintain compliance awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Accounting required. • CPA preferred. • 4–6+ years of GAAP accounting experience. • Must have 2+ years in audit as a reviewer. • Experience with ASC 842 (leases), ASC 606 (revenue), and ASC 958-605(contributions). • Experience performing accounting research and data analysis. • Experience supporting non-profits, charter schools, or mission-driven organizations is a plus. • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365, Excel, collaboration tools (Teams), project management tools (Monday), and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Intacct, FundEZ, Crunchafi, etc.
