📋 Description

• Dive deep into the telecommunications industry to build expertise across markets, products, sales, delivery and operations • Develop Telco product models, including the design, configuration and decomposition, within the product catalog domain • Provide technical consultancy on the feasibility of design, OOTB product capabilities, best practices and standards adoption • Contribute to continuous improvement of product catalog, design practices, documentation and delivery accelerators • Design high-level business processes aligned with end-to-end fulfilment journey of telco products • Liaise with technical teams to ensure technical design and solution configurations are aligned with business requirements • Coach and mentor junior analysts to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge in telecommunication products and segment-specific requirements (e.g. Enterprise and Wholesale) • Hands-on experience with product catalogue features • Proficient in product modelling and metadata design • Familiarity with Mplify (formerly MEF) product models • Exposure to TM Forum standards and TM Forum Open APIs • Experience in product rationalization • Skilled in XSLT configuration
