📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Instanda implementations. • Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently. • Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Instanda platform • Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance • Strong understanding of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes • Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle and regulatory requirements • Process Mapping expertise with proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) • Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops independently with stakeholders • Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with business and technical teams • Experience working with US clients, with awareness of US insurance market practices.
