âą 10+ years in HR technology leadership âą Proven experience managing Workday globally within a division of a multinational organization âą Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation, or related experience âą Well versed with Workday HR subject matter functional expertise including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support âą Experience in designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical HR business solutions âą Solid understanding of Human Resources processes
