• Own and lead the RFP response and competitive bid processes for projects globally, analyzing commercial and legal aspects of Customer RFPs to develop a competitive submission to continue to grow the execution pipeline • Lead the Customer and sub-contractor contract negotiation phase for equipment, services, and EPC contracts by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks • Develop key requirements for RFPs to sub-contractors and evaluate the bid results • Responsible for bid analysis and modelling to support the strategic procurement process • Work with supply chain to capture competitive intelligence and generate insights on supply chain and BESS landscape • Interacts with external parties including Customers, vendors, and potential suppliers • Actively identify opportunities to improve business processes and support the implementation of such • Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained • Provide contract support to the Project’s team during contract execution
• Educational background in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Commercial contract negotiation and RFPs management experience for equipment supply in the energy sector • Proficient at aggregating and understanding and responding to requirements and information as part of the RFP process • Proven experience in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize a response and the decision-making process • Strong intrapreneurial mindset for process analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills • Ability to take critical decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data and under time pressure • Excellent communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations
