📋 Description
• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and needs • Provide guidance on solutions to reach objectives • Consult and recommend appropriate resources/solutions/products • Diagnose complex customer environments to identify needs • Research, review, and answer Request for Proposal (RFP) questions • Mentor Solutions Architect team members • Document and support sales opportunities with accurate scopes of work
