📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and implement local marketing initiatives for plasma centers, with a particular focus on Hungary • Work closely with center managers and Operations teams to identify local marketing needs • Plan and execute local events, promotions, and community activities • Support initiatives to attract, retain, and reactivate plasma donors • Adapt European marketing campaigns for local markets • Analyze market, competitive, and performance data for continuous optimization • Manage external agencies and service providers • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements • Promote the exchange of best practices across European markets • Support budget planning and performance monitoring • Collaborate with plasma centers in Germany and Hungary • Travel approximately 30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or local marketing • Experience planning and implementing local marketing campaigns and events • Ideally, experience in a multi-site, retail, or branch-based environment • In-depth knowledge of the economic and cultural characteristics of the Hungarian market • Strong project management and organizational skills • High level of initiative and an independent working style • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in regulated industries is an advantage • Native-level Hungarian or C2 proficiency • Very good German and English skills • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
