📋 Description

• Provide local end-user discovery, support, and training on how to utilise technology more efficiently. • Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure. • Develop and support cloud environments, especially Azure and M365. • Maintain strong documentation practices for operational clarity. • Ensure all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by customers with every encounter. • Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating positivity, approachability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help. • Work with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or related roles. • Strong knowledge of Azure and M365, with additional training provided for further development. • Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar). • Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments. • High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things. • A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.
