📋 Description
• Collaborate with the development and BA teams • Apply qualitative testing principles to meet quality standards in Salesforce projects • Interpret user perception to fulfill customer goals • Track down defects and maintain a bug-free repository • Plan, prepare, and execute effective test cases to satisfy customers and business teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in QA/Testing • 3+ years of Salesforce.com QA/Testing experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance Testing • Ability to design and implement integration test cases and acceptance tests • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand project scope/requirements and create appropriate test cases and execute test scripts addressing both happy and sad paths • Salesforce.com testing experience, preferably knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) • Experience with PM tools like JIRA/VSTS • Experience in automation testing with Selenium and scripting languages like Python, Unix shell, and Javascript.
