• Identify, advocate, and pursue business development opportunities related to business growth within NAM • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies targeting rail operators and tolling authorities • Retain and grow the existing customer base and lead on large new opportunities • Develop strategic business and political relationships with relevant authorities • Drive digital marketing strategy, leveraging channels and tools to develop new business • Influence and ensure the right level of internal support is obtained for customer engagement • Develop thought leadership and issues white papers to position Cubic as a leader • Contract revenue/values between $5m - $100m • Help oversee the timely production and compilation of quality written submissions for pre-qualification documents • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders • Identify and advance opportunities arising from IIJA/Bipartisan Infrastructure Law
• Experience in successfully winning and growing business in transportation • Established contact and relationship base within the transportation industry at all levels • Complete understanding of the rail fare engine/central booking engine stakeholders • Thorough understanding of rail ticketing & payments, account-based ticketing, and MaaS • Closed Loop and Private Label transit card experience/knowledge • Mobile wallet understanding (ApplePay, GooglePay,etc) • Demonstrated track record of winning and delivering tolling business in North America • Working knowledge of all-electronic tolling concepts • Familiarity with tolling roadside technology and back-office/CSC platforms • Experience with public-sector procurement in the tolling space • Established relationships within the North American tolling community • Experience in selling services, systems and/or products and recording data in Salesforce • Account Management experience • Complex sales management experience with cross-functional teams • Deal shaping and negotiation skills
