âą Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment âą Respond quickly to repair equipment and follow maintenance procedures âą Embrace training and continuous improvement âą Minimise downtime during fault callouts âą Assist with equipment installations âą Comply with Health and Safety and quality standards âą Handle equipment module delivery and collections âą Assist with Management lead project work âą Deputise for the Field Service Team Leader when appropriate âą Carry out vehicle stock checks âą Follow company policies and procedures âą Maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation
đŻ Requirements
âą Hands-on experience in a technical service/maintenance environment âą Engineering qualification âą Strong customer service and communication skills âą Clean driving license âą HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (desirable) âą Experience with SLA-driven contracts (desirable)
