📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the system architecture and continuous development of our Charging Operations systems, focusing on CPMS and the charging backend. • You ensure the stable operation of our systems: you monitor and analyze anomalies, perform troubleshooting, develop sustainable solutions, and ensure thorough documentation. • You design the interfaces and data flows between CPMS, OCPP/OCPI, roaming, EMP and CPO partners, payment and billing systems, and internal systems such as our ERP. • You identify optimization opportunities and improve the quality and performance of our operations by implementing efficient processes and automations. • You establish and maintain operations standards, document operational processes, and drive the development of sustainable knowledge management.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience and strong knowledge of platform operations and system architecture, ideally in charging infrastructure, IoT, or energy • You have solid command of charging backends (CPMS) and standards such as OCPP/OCPI. • Additional knowledge of roaming, payments, or billing complements your profile. • Your strengths include accurately capturing, structuring, and implementing requirements in collaboration with internal and external partners. • You demonstrate a structured, independent working style and clear communication. • Excellent German and good English skills.
