📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, Communications, Facilitation, Training and Content delivery • Report directly to the SVP of Organizational Development • Be a working contributor from the start, supported by leadership • Draft processes when they do not exist yet • Create engaging learning experiences for adult learners • Coordinate and facilitate workshops • Manage multiple projects with a focus on urgency and importance • Actively seek feedback and treat deliverables as living documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering professional development or leadership training programs • Strong communication skills • Project coordination and problem-solving skills • Comfort with ambiguity • Self-starter • Ability to manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously • Capacity for holding complexity while maintaining clarity • Ability to create content for defined audiences and adapt as necessary • Strong relationship-building skills with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members.
