• The HCM Solution Architect will play a critical role in supporting our HCM Practice Director. • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients. • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, analyzing HR processes and recommending tailored HCM solutions. • Ensure accurate system setup, maintain data integrity, and optimize functionality to support HR operations. • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Develop and maintain process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials. • Generate insights through data analysis and reporting for informed HR decisions. • Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams to align HCM systems with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as an HCM Consultant with multiple end-to-end HCM implementations completed successfully. • Strong expertise in HCM system configuration, process optimization, and best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in developing client documentation and delivering user training. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with remote and contract employees. • Familiarity with employment regulations in the technology industry. • Background in a high-growth SaaS company or consulting environment.
