📋 Description

• Supports the Program Manager in the overall management, coordination, and execution of TSA Gold+ airport operations • Responsible for helping establish, implement, and maintain robust management processes that ensure oversight of contract functions, compliance with TSA requirements, and achievement of performance objectives • Assists in directing day-to-day program operations including program management, financial management, workforce management, technology and equipment maintenance, risk management, customer service, quality control, and subcontractor management • Monitors program performance and supports resource allocation decisions • Ensures operational consistency across all Gold+ airports • Oversees workforce planning and staffing actions • Monitors budget execution and financial performance • Tracks the maintenance and lifecycle management of technology, equipment, and materials • Supports the implementation of risk mitigation and cybersecurity measures • Assists in managing subcontractor performance and adherence to all contractual requirements and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of program management or equivalent demonstrated experience • 5 years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity) • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications are required • Relevant experience in aviation security, airport operations personnel security screening services, equipment management, or contract management • Information Technology (IT) and screening operations experience is preferred • Knowledge of Government processes such as obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) and screening processes and procedures
