• Lead thorough investigations of product and system issues by identifying root causes • Clearly and concisely document diagnostic findings • Serve as an onsite technical expert when required • Coach, mentor, and train Field Service Engineering teams
🎯 Requirements
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, or related field • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required • Prior experience in a technical role is preferred.
