📋 Description

• Manages designs and leads large scale initiatives composed of multiple cross-functional projects. • Partners with business stakeholders; develops high performing project teams and utilizes high level Project Management skills, tools and methods to ensure a successful project outcome and full initiative completion. • Uses data-based methods to ensure quantitative project measurement, reporting, financial impact and sustainability of project and initiative results. • Leads multiple projects from assignment or ideation to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish quantifiable project performance goals and deliverables; • Monitors and communicates project status to project team and stakeholders using data-based visualization and communication tools. • Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and project data analysis; leads the design and development of project plans and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience required. • Japanese speaking & writing skills are required, as to deal with different counter parts. • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent is required. • Quality Green Belt certified.
