📋 Description
• Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting • Develop standardized workflows to support contracting, regulatory compliance, and operational requests • Establish clear service delivery frameworks (SLAs, triage models, escalation paths) • Manage technology and AI vendors • Identify inefficiencies and scalability gaps • Build and manage centralized intake systems
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years relevant experience in legal operations, compliance operations, healthcare operations, or similar • Experience applying AI or automation in operational environments preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced or technical/AI-related training strongly preferred • Strong process design and operational mindset • Experience developing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow tools • Strong project and vendor management skills • Ability to translate legal and compliance requirements into systems • Analytical and data-driven decision making • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
