📋 Description
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation • Support HR initiatives, including policy updates, performance management processes, and employee wellness programs • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews • Support the recruitment team during the selection process • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with onboarding new hires • Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions • Suggest improvements to HR processes and employee experience • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs • Track employee participation and outcomes to evaluate learning initiatives • Research HR trends, best practices, and industry standards to support strategic objectives • Collaborate with experienced HR professionals on meaningful HR projects
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong interest in building a career in HR • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
