• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items. • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Support the Transformation Manager and team with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. • Proficiency in Smartsheet for project management, reporting, and dashboards is a plus. • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
