• Provide leadership, organization, strategy, and coordination to support new site development activities • Ensure all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management • Manage change and promote continuous improvement of project management related processes • Work with Senior management defining strategies and their deployment • Hire and train site PLCM PMs for the new sites • Ensure PLCM process is established in the new sites • Prepare, analyze and report enterprise-wide report to senior management • Conduct periodic project audits • Manage Site Ops PMO Mgr who develop project plans with focus on achievement of project goals
• Bachelor’s degree (Required) • Minimum 5+ years project management experience or related discipline • Minimum three (3) years work-related experience required in a supervisory/management role • PLCM experience in an industrial industry • Greenfield or brownfield project experience (Preferred) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired)
