📋 Description

• Drive the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs aligned with client policies and internal standards • Translate client requirements into scalable procedures • Support operational teams in achieving compliance • Support energy and sustainably programs with field and desktop verifications • Ensure consistent execution through communication, training, and change management • Serve as a key partner to operations, sustainability, and leadership teams by identifying risks, improving processes, and enabling compliant service delivery across the portfolio • Interpret client policies and develop standardized procedures, playbooks, and controls to ensure operational compliance across sites • Act as a central resource for operational teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure policies are understood, adopted, and consistently applied • Lead and coordinate compliance-related change management efforts, including updates to policies, processes, and tools, ensuring effective communication and adoption across stakeholders • Oversee compliance reporting and tracking, including audits, findings, action plans, and closures, ensuring transparency and accountability • Analyze data and trends to identify systemic issues and opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation • Support and enhance compliance frameworks including audits, KPI tracking, documentation, and governance routines • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, training materials, and communication strategies to support consistent execution across the account

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5–8 years of experience in facility management, energy and sustainability, compliance, operations, or related roles • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Strong understanding of compliance programs, energy programs, policy interpretation, sustainability initiatives, and operational procedures • Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures, program building, and governance frameworks • Knowledge of facility operations, engineering systems, and maintenance practices • Experience supporting audits, risk identification, and remediation activities • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels • Experience with change management, training, and program rollout • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
