📋 Description

• Strategic Planning: Review long-term maintenance plans, budgets, and performance metrics • Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Resource Management: Manage allocation of resources and procure necessary supplies • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to maintenance efficiency and safety performance • Team Management: Provide leadership and support to the maintenance team • Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary point of contact with Cushman & Wakefield Services and Amazon

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience • Previous experience in maintenance management or a similar leadership role • Strong commitment to safety • 4-year degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or related discipline • Additional certifications in maintenance management, safety management, or related areas are beneficial • Excellent communication skills • Experience in manufacturing or Industrial maintenance - conveyors and robotics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective organization and planning skills
