📋 Description

• Strengthen members' capacity in advocacy. • Develop a detailed advocacy strategy and plan. • Train a team of eight intersex young people in advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in one of the following disciplines: • - Political Science, International Relations, or Development Studies • - Human Rights or Gender Studies • - Public Administration or Public Policy Management • - Sociology or Anthropology • - Project Management or Organizational Development, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the following functions: • - Advocacy and stakeholder mobilization • - Project management • - Strategic communication • - Working with civil society organizations

Online volunteering offers many benefits, including contributing to a community, gaining new skills, and building professional networks. • E-volunteers must have their own home office equipment, an internet connection, and intermediate computer skills. Some of our partners are located in remote areas where internet connectivity may be unreliable. In addition, for some partners this is their first experience working with e-volunteers. Flexibility and patience are therefore valuable qualities. • Selection requirements • Please note that if you are shortlisted for the assignment, you will be required to: • - Provide 2 professional references and 1 personal reference • - Complete a language assessment during the preliminary phone interview in the language required for your assignment • Protection from sexual exploitation and abuse • Cuso International works with poor, vulnerable, and marginalized populations, primarily women and girls, to eliminate poverty and inequality.
