📋 Description

• Preparing and managing all contract documentation before projects move into pre construction • Working closely with the operations team • Ensuring that contracts, specifications and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and aligned with the agreed scope of work • Acts as a key checkpoint between sales and construction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience working with a residential home builder • Strong understanding of residential building contracts and documentation • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Confidence identifying discrepancies in documentation • Strong communication and problem-solving ability • Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
