📋 Description

• Provide project management leadership for both straightforward initiatives and complex, cross-functional research initiatives within Cardiovascular Research Solutions. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for initiatives spanning trial startup, site onboarding, vendor implementation, and strategic research programs. • Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. • Support coordination across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure aligned execution. • Assist with planning and execution of new vendor partnerships and technology implementations that support research operations. • Organize and support research-related meetings, including sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferences. • Manage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications. • Prepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholders. • Contribute to initiatives designed to scale Cardiovascular Research Solutions as the network continues to grow. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5+ years of experience in project management within a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization • Solid understanding of late-stage (Phase II–IV) clinical trial organization and startup processes • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong organizational, communication, PowerPoint, and problem-solving skills • Adept at using project management software platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools • Experience in cardiovascular clinical research (preferred) • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus (preferred)
