📋 Description

• Lead the data governance strategy for our data warehouse and analytics environment • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data governance platform • Establish the cataloging, lineage, data quality standards, and policy enforcement capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, software engineering teams, business intelligence, and various business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4 or more years specifically in product based roles • Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy • Strong understanding of data governance concepts and practices • Experience with data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog, or similar) • Proficiency in SQL • Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
