📋 Description

• Support the annual operating plan, mid-year reviews, and rolling forecast cycles for the CSS capital portfolio • Own monthly capital reporting including spend, labor, variance drivers, risks & opportunities, and reallocations • Prepare capital submissions and supporting materials for Enterprise Finance in line with enterprise planning standards • Deliver monthly capital performance reviews, Investment Committee materials, and executive summaries for senior leadership • Build and maintain a consistent framework for measuring benefits realized from capital investments across the CSS portfolio • Partner with DDAT Finance, Enterprise Finance, and CSS business leaders to improve business case quality, benefit phasing, and financial linkage • Lead and develop a small team covering capital planning, reporting, and portfolio analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience • Proven ability to build executive-grade reporting and translate complex portfolio data into clear, decision-ready narratives • Strong track record influencing across matrixed organizations • Advanced proficiency with financial planning systems, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel-based financial modeling
