📋 Description

• Deliver transformation through phased, interdependent releases. • Own and execute end-to-end change plans for assigned workstreams, from discovery through post–go-live reinforcement. • Develop role-based change communications, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, and leadership messages. • Identify impacted stakeholders and manage alignment across parallel initiatives. • Participate in readiness checkpoints, release reviews, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives. • Strong practitioner knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) with application in delivery. • Proven experience developing communications, training, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and leadership enablement tools. • Experience supporting multiple releases or go-lives with overlapping timelines.
