• 5+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives. • Strong practitioner knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) with application in delivery. • Proven experience developing communications, training, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and leadership enablement tools. • Experience supporting multiple releases or go-lives with overlapping timelines.
