📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation opportunities from intake to deployment and optimization • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders • Lead intake and feasibility efforts by engaging with stakeholders to understand core processes • Partner with business stakeholders to shape and manage automation roadmaps • Own and manage the full lifecycle of automation opportunities • Develop detailed delivery plans including timelines and resource planning • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive delivery • Define and track KPIs and success metrics for automation value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Project Management • Proven ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle of automation or digital products • Strong expertise in: Process analysis and business discovery • Requirements gathering and documentation • Backlog prioritization and roadmap management • Agile/Scrum methodologies • Hands-on experience with: RPA solutions • AI and intelligent automation technologies • Web application delivery • Experience working with modern AI tools such as: Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting.
