📋 Description
• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. • Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework. • Coaches scrum masters and product owners on agile principles, values, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
