📋 Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery • Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project progress to stakeholders • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog • Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep during sprints

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello • Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership.
